A revista Ciência e Técnica publica artigos originais, notas técnicas e revisões bibliográficas, em português, em francês e em inglês.

"Ciência e Técnica Vitivinícola" is a leading international journal reporting developments and advances in various fields of science and technologies. It publishes original papers, research notes and reviews in Portuguese, French and in English. The journal hard copy is printed in Portugal two times a year. Each issue contains 6 parts with editorials, reviews, original research, evidence based reviews, letters and more.
Ciência e Técnica occasional supplements are printed in Portuguese only which are devoted to and supported by ESTACAO VITIVINICOLA NACIONAL. Provisional director and reviewers of these supplements are also selected by ESTACAO VITIVINICOLA NACIONAL. Papers of these supplements will be printed free of charge in case of acceptance.
Articles in all other fields which are submitted to appear in the journal regular semiannual print outs are charged in case of acceptance based upon the paper length, pictures, tables and etc. Ciência e Técnica currently owns the five year impact factor of 1.450.
